Responding to 3rd response...so does that mean no more for December that they will resume in January??

Depends on whether you have been naughty or nice.
They usually have one in December before the holiday, and an equal or larger layoff at the beginning of January(1st or 2nd week after break). They did what needed to be done to meet this year's PIP objectives, but still left some in the tank to use toward next year's objectives. That is SLB style.
