Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

I think I speak for everyone on this site.

Human resources employees for this entire holiday month be proud and when someone in the store or restaurant asks you where you work be boisterous and say “Human Resources at Bank of America”!

There is no need to be sinfully shy.

You should be recognized for the screw job you are doing.

God bless and Merry Christmas.

The whole system right, wrong and a simple quarter end review is all out of alignment and falsely misrepresented without holding to ethics and common sense. This bank was the contributor to the housing collapse and it is not a surprise they have destroyed the Human Resource structure, job hiring and retention structure for everyone. What’s that, everyone does it, yes the entire system is all messed up for everyone. Let us teach our children how to lie in school to keep up with the system.

Good general outline. Your personal journals and your awards will help in continued legal battle and will also help for your next employment if required. You are correct it is all “subjective” and one looser of a manager does not hold much power when you have prior awards combined with your journal and old reviews from a different manager. The current manger will eventually be fired in all cases. You can poke more questions back at HR with a lawyer later for possible wrongful termination if you have not already done so. Save your co-workers private numbers because you all may have a joint law suit after you see all the pieces fallen. You have nothing to lose as a group.

Out of the HR terrorist handbook

-Listen to complaint

-D-bunk the complaint or add doubt of the intention (identical to how rape cases are droped)

-Call department and department will move into damage control to remove employee.

-HR will advise you strongly not to continue your complaint or there are consequences and you will lose (Immediately talk to a lawyer because you may have a case).

-HR works with your department and manager to begin intimidation and falsification of your termination.

-Soon they will plot to physically run your health down and will attempt to fabricate excuses why you are not up to expectations. They will also attempt to bring in other branches of the bank to inadvertently help them slander you such as using corporate security to harass and pull any data of most insignificance to eliminate you.

-If you are a protected individual called out by the labor law then it will work in the same manner but much slower such as reducing your wages etc. to finally get you out.

-Seek out legal counsel when you feel you are a target. A savvy person will file the HR complaint at the same time detailing a personal journal (If you have a good case HR cannot say you never contacted them to help) Contact a legal representative before or after.

-In many cases performing the same but opposite functions as HR might help your case. Upset your manager in questions with hopes they throw something negative at you proving your case. Continue to probe the system of how they are leading your elimination process by reviews. Some legal areas offer third party resolution. File complaints with police to help your case. If HR never bothers speaking to you in person or tells you to continue to work things out because everything will be ok- immediately seek legal representation.

-During this process if HR tells you to sign any paper in regards to your performance you must make a rebuttal before signing (remember it is all subjective). This is another way to wear your health and job expectations down.

-When you finally figured out the manager just does not like you and elimination is close. "Quit" when they really need help. Of course you will give your two week’s notice signed and noted by email to keep for your records. Nothing states you must work hard before you leave. Find a better manager with people skills and less ego.

I need childish answer from HR.

What happens after managers are no longer needed and are fired or leave based on upper management persuasion? Does this not show the manager is not worthy of any opinions based on the prior fabricated lies, con job and slander they pushed upon employees during their poor performance leading to their elimination. Does HR continue the slander created by the manager from private personnel records? Interesting how this vindictive Bank of America game works. Being laid off means you have a black eye. Actions speak louder than words Ah. If the slander continues then why work at this bank attempting to gain experience and further skillset?

Harass, intimidate and fabricate. Moynihan's people should be placed in jail for Christmas. This is another example of organized crime against honest people.

Reminds me of the Salem witch trials. The manager does not like someone so they attempt to fabricate problems for employees. Another type of terrorism. Hats off to Moynihan for creating a Corporate Terrorist network and no one in our government cares to stop it.

Terrorist Bank -OMG this shows these HR people are not sane. Quote “That's how companies are everywhere” does not give you the right to torment people. We see killings all over the news but do we go out and do it? You are the psycho people joining ISIS are you not. Nuts all of you. I saw my neighbors kicking there dog so I think I will do it also? With so many Baptist churches around how little have we learned? This is Americas current Corporate Terrorist intelligence network in play. WOW.

I believe HR meant the "Fixing screw ups" mentioned were the lawsuits they lost but they still will not admit guilt for the con-games they got away with and the wrongs that were never identified by the flee flickers they threw at employees with intention to unethically eliminate.

Interesting concept for HR. Merry Christmas gutless people. Keep rewording and lying as normal.

Could we discuss what was referred to as "And after fixing some of the screw ups"? Are we willing to open up and tell about the HR games at Christmas? or will you continue to hide and sin again because everyone does it so it must be ok.

Looks like a comment has now revealed this site is being monitored by HR because they are worried the truth might get out. They must attempt to debunk everyone on this website. Stay ahead and change up the games. It is all in your imagination and none of these stories are true. Hey HR if someone told you to kill an employee how far would you go since you are only following orders. Some people have killed themselves because of your games. Is it fair people die because you are merely supporting your family? (What about the families you are destroying) Great church ethics. Take a stand and tell about the games you are told to perform in-order to pay for your sins. OO forgot you do not have a back bone to describe in detail about the games but just ignore it blaming your supporting family for your sins. God is not going to help you but the church might take your money and forgive you but they do not pass judgement.

This bank is considered a terrorist bank- a person usually a member of a group or entity who terrorizes or frightens others.

The FBI should be arresting some of these managers.

Of course HR, Management and corporate security will attempt to cover it all up and try to disk it back on the employees.

No you speak for yourself! That's how companies are everywhere. Would you not do the same if told? Or would you leave knowing you have no means of supporting you or your family?Seriously?

And after fixing some of the screw ups it is luck some stayed as long. It is a job! Not a privilege!

MM question?

What happens after the managers tactics go too far and they are fired or leave based on upper management persuasion. Does this not mean we are vindicated on paper about all the lies and con job we received or does the slander continue by HR? Interesting how this vindictive Bank of America game works. Even being laid off means you have a black eye. Actions speak louder than words Ah.
