Does anyone have an idea about what might happen with Addison next year, there is so much anxiety in the office, everyone is kind of freaking out as we feel we are not being properly informed and there is a lot of commotion. People hate uncertainty and things that transpired this week do not help anybody. It's so unstable right now, I hate it. Sorry, I had to vent, this site is my only place where I can vent.

I will tell u what will happen.They will make it harder for us to stay.More restrictions and more requieremnts for us.One thing is for sure-CRMs are here to stay.The only save position to have right now.There will be some changes among the teams and some will be let go due to poor performance.No new hires of course.One person will do the 3 people's job.With a yearly instead of quaterly bonus and the ammount not known yet.But we all know it wont be equall to 4 quarterly payments.Thats what the 2016 will be.Dont like it?Look for someting else.Wana stay?Then adapt.It sucks,but thats how it goes.

I dont have any info on TX but its definitely best to be prepared. take the time to clean out old emails and personal files and print out what you might need and bring it home with you. get your resume up to date. i know ive been there they cut me yesterday.
Those working from home were brought back last month and made to come to the Addison when their prior site was Plano. Supposedly more people from Plano are being moved to Addison after the first quarter next year. Of course, there will be no compensation for the longer drive or tolls.
