So what I here from people who used to work at Noble there is one manager per employee, and sometimes two managers per employee. What the hell is going on over there. What a messed up company. Also if a manager twice your age wants to date you and you turn him down you get laid off? Messed up WBU ops.

It's the creepiest place I've ever worked. Lot's of weasels in management positions.
