There isn't 10 contractors. You have 7 days to step up or the choice will be made for you. Company is preying on expat workers who don't know the strict employment laws or believe it protects them. You are bullied into quickly signing away your legal rights with minimal compensation. This is likely to apply evenly across Norway where officially zero employees have been terminated since all seperations were 'voluntary' or constructive (taking away expat benefits like housing and schooling leaving you with huge bills) or transferring you back home with no assignment details, firing you on arrival.
