Spouse received COBRA eligibility letter. Does this mean I'll be out?

They said I got it becoz I made small changes to my 2016 insurance plan

I called them again they said they sent it to everyone and I should not be concerned. Did you call them to find out?

My wife have got the same letter, I still work there and I know I be busy till Mid FEb 2016 at least. So not sure what this is about-I had to call the HR and they told me becuase I switched insurance, still doesn't make sense-did you change insurance too?

  2. Does companies send these letters before laying off people. HON doesn't laid off anybody yet.
