Layoffs - December 1, 2015,

On December 1, 2015, Schlumberger announced that it will further reduce its workforce. The number of cuts was not specified in the SEC filing, but the company said that the layoffs are in light of expected reduced activity for 2016 and to streamline its support structure.

On SHTC - Still plenty of dead wood and totally ineffective people that could be got rid off, most of the useless managers are still there, the Indian person is a typical example. Over 100 gone mainly lower grades, what are all the managers doing now to make a positive contribution to this company?
