Big changes with all of Doc Ex coming
and we in Addison too.Just got a new Unit mngr.Its going back to collections with the downside of still beingd crm.And keep hearing empy promises that things will change for good.Crm is the stupiest thing ever they did after getting rid of the voice mails.I just hope next year to come up with something better.
