The remaining L48 senior managers were proven to be incompetent when they had to be told how to reduce costs and how to be efficient. Hrap, Harding and King led to the problems, and now they survived the layoffs and the workers following thier orders pay the price and lose their jobs. These managers can hide thier incompetence at $100 bbl oil, but at $50 bbl of oil these 3 will drive the L48 into another phase of significant layoffs to compensate for thier lack of ability, knowledge and blind arrogance. Ummmmm, let's be serious. The problem right now is that the company made an extremely bad bet on oil staying high forever, our upper management is paid way too much, and the company is showing that it cares about stockholders much more than employees. These are all problems caused at the very top, not by the L48 managers.

Your not entitled to anything. No one owes you anything. You sound just like my kids who have been "Katyized" by the entitlement attitude. You are blessed to live in a country where you have opportunities. Just go on a mission trip where kids are living in garbage dumps searching for food and clothing. Or dying if disease.
