No surprise. Corporate talked about slowly reducing wages last year.
Lower wages on all band levels but keeping higher band level work expectations.
“Lower band levels will be moved to higher accountability with less pay”.
People who do not accept the decrease in pay can leave and might be invited back at new contract rates and expectations. People with disability will be evaluated on a case by case review, avoiding law suits. Eliminate all historians so the younger workforce has nothing for comparison.
