Hazing, military Jackboot and all the ideals we teach our children not to do, management uses on the employees and are happy with the motivation they claim increases profits. Did you not see the email notifying you we have joined the military or have entered a newly formed dictatorship like Isis without the public murder or simply a quiet type of murder where excuses cover it all up?

Easy for the managers to mess with everyone.

All they need to say to someone is; This is johns work but he cannot get it done so I want to you to take on this work.

-Tell everyone Jerry makes too much money

-Hide work from John and then tell people you want them to do Johns work

-Salem witch trial games by managers: Play co-workers against each other and randomly accuse someone of doing something wrong (simple questions, what happened yesterday or I heard a rumor was it yours) and see what comes out of the mouth of everyone. The manager lies all day playing everyone for a fool.

Seen it in real time dummies!

-Hire someone but keep looking for replacements (they do this all the time with visa status and get away with it). Human resources have stayed under the radar of governing agencies so they continue the thuggery tactics like a drug dealer until caught and then say sorry knowing the fines are not a big deal.

In all simplicity and no one understands any work you receive is really the managers work they can not complete alone. The manager is making the bonus on how much work they can make you do by creating undo stress games. Remember if you fail, it is because management did not perform their job in training correctly and managment should be put on the hot seat. The greatest asset in a manager is being able to train but now days we have lazy managers who do not or cannot train and are not held accountable. It is not your fault because the mangement structure is defective.

Human Resources and Management standpoint is they want young and dumb.

It is easier to lie and cheat honest so they can manipulate by stealing from you.

What they do not tell you is never admit fault because there is always someone else up the hill who created the snowball effect (mistake). Track the issue; do not admit fault of when it landed in your lap. They know where the issue started but they need a scape goat. This place thrives on misdirection and slight of hand tricks (magic tricks, juggling) in cover ups. Management does not take responsibility and have a free pass. They will tell you to your face, you will lose if you challenge management. Get it on email when they ask you a favor. Ask for a follow up confirmation on email and see if they reply and then you know you are being setup.

Currently they will use contractors or lie to you when they hire permanent employee with intentions of eliminating you after a short time. They will smile and talk sweet nothings to your face one day and then they will call you every name in the book to get you to want to leave the next day. Make it unpleasent tease, Put scrotem hair on your desk, mess with your computer key board. Managers are told they will get larger bonus if they create a hostel work place so the can fire a person or people. Management will laugh about it behind closed doors. It is sad people do not know the games management plays and no one is stopping it from happening.
