COBRA ran out. Now it is crowdfunding. #SaveZaleshepifu has raised $17.4 million to-date.

Just to let you know, Zaleshepifu is out of surgery and stable although in some pain. Recovery is coming along. Doctors discovered more damage to internal organs which may require transplant. SLB is recruiting layed-off HAL people as potential donors. They had initially looked at lower SLB performers but had trouble finding people who would bleed red. The hospital also urgently needs blood donors. They believe his blood type is B- because this has always been Zaleshepifu's attitude about how to treat employees - be negative.

Hello this is Muammar ex employee from Libya.

We are truly sorry to hear about our great friend and warrior Zaleshepifu and wish him very well recovery soon.

I have said to you all before that even if employees and Zaleshepifu enter into war, God forbid, he will always remain my father, and I have all the love for him as a son and teacher, and I do not want his image to change with me.

No mercy for the Butcher of Baku as he never showed any for me and my team. This guy was so ruthless and treated us like pieces of meat to be trimmed and thrown out like dogs in the street and he just smiled enjoying what he was doing.

Why state the obvious? First, why would anyone leave Schlumberger? Greatest company ever, can't we agree? Zalesalepifu did not leave. He was fired on questionable medical grounds. Unfortunately the COBRA is about to run out. I suggest we crowdfund his medical expenses. I believe the Big Z can come back. The Butcher of Baku will cut but those who remain will be golden.

This terrible news and sounds like there was an element of vindictiveness involved towards our great leader Zaleshepifu the so called hatchet man who was only doing his job. I don't think we have heard the last of him yet. He is a very very resourceful person and whoever did this pls beware.

I hear SLB may be bringing him back onboard as the oil price has dropped again and another round of head cutting is being proposed and who better than Zaleshepifu to lead the execution strategy.

The driver made the right decision. If he had braked suddenly, he could have lost control of the vehicle and put himself and his coworkers at serious risk. This demonstrated excellent defensive driving skills. Good call.

I forgot to mention that the rollover could have been avoided entirely but they were in a company car and chose to hit Zaleshepifu rather than take the deceleration as the driver was already in the yellow zone for the month.

Sadly I have to report that Zaleshepifu is once again back in intensive care. He was leaving the hospital and former coworkers were going to pick him up and take him home. Unfortunately Zaleshepifu suffered multiple fractures and a punctured spleen in what can only be described as a reverse-parking incident gone horribly wrong. Please keep him in your prayers.

Is Trump going to marry her? I did hear that he had fallen for her transgender beauty and was totally besotted with her especially after he found out she had a single figure golf handicap. I believe this could be a big boost to Trump's presidential campaign chances proving that he truly believes in equal rights for all. Its also gives Urinbinga the chance to use her undoubted business skills gained in Schlumberger to running the Trump empire and showing other transgenders that anything is possible including a transgender in the Whitehouse!. What a stellar career she is having.

Any news on Zaleshepifu? Is he out of the hospital yet?

The ship has lost its rudder. Now it's about to hit the fan. Best wishes Zaleshepifu. Please get well soon. It's just wrong to get a medical termination. Heartless company. You should have just become a drug addict. They wouldn't be allowed to terminate you.

A sigh of sadness was felt throughout the Schlumberger employee community this morning as news filters in that Zaleshepifu is no longer with Schlumberger.

He was admitted to a Houston hospital late last night with a mental breakdown after some changes were made to his compensation package.

Doctors have advised he cannot return to work in the foreseeable future.

We wish him a speedy recovery.

You are talking crap buddy. We are already the most efficiency business area here in NAM in Schlumberger so you know what you can do with your clever ideas from Libya. They won't work here in USA and i worked in Libya before and you guys don't even come close to what we can do here in the states.

The transition from an underperforming business with a culture of laziness like our USA business to a culture of results driven efficiency will be very hard for Americans but this is what I must deliver and you will learn how to adapt or you will be out - period. For every one employee we fire we have 10 others ready to take the place.

If this war on inefficiency and laziness is not fought with the greatest brutality then in the future we will not have the strength to outperform in the market and deliver financial results and increase our bones payments. If there is no pain there is no progress. An employee who is not good enough to give everything for the company and the shareholders is not good enough for Schlumberger and will be fired. You will come to understand and be grateful for this transformational experience. If you are on the bonus system it will be even better for you.

Zaleshepifu is a true corporate warrior who does the job nobody else wants to do and does it extremely well. Without him the jobs of the remaining 100,000 employees and management team would be at stake. We should thank him and be grateful that we as shareholders in the company can sleep comfortable at night safe in the knowledge that managers like Zaleshepifu are delivering results.

Son, we live in offices that have halls, and those halls have to be guarded by men with policies. Who's gonna do it? You? You, 118506? Zaleshepifu has a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for the RIFed, and you curse Schlumberger. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what he knows. That those laid off, while tragic, probably saved dividends. And his existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves jobs. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at BBQs, you want him In those halls, you need him in those halls. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent destroying something. You use them as a punchline. He has neither the time nor the inclination to explain himself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very security that he provides and then questions the manner in which he provides it. He would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, he suggests you pick up an HR manual and shut your mouth. Either way, He doesn't give a damn what you think you are entitled to.

There is a rumor (hope) in North America that Zaleshepifu may have been fired himself. Yesterday Paal Kibsgaard said the layoffs were over so no need for the butcher of Baku in the USA. I really hope this is true because I do not want this ruthless SOB over here in Houston.

He has done a lot of damage to moral here and everybody is running scared. His reputation is well known.

SLB HR here! Hi folks, at Schlumberger we value diversity. This means we hire people of diverse backgrounds but also fire them. In our last firing round we didn't fire any transgender people so I led the way and brought our first transgender in D&M Houston on board. The next day I fired Urinbinga which was a resounding success for hiring and firing diversity metrics!

If anyone knows any more extremely diverse people please let us know, because the more minorities we fire the more non-minorities we can fire without being hit by a discrimination lawsuit. We have to be fair after all! We are really looking for a Queer, Native American, Jewish, Transgender, Asexual, Dwarf, Handicapped, software engineer. Keep a look out please!

I've enjoyed helping you all today and feel free to contact HR at any time on our free hotline :)

Thank you Muammar for your understanding of the situation that we had to fire you. You had become surplus to our business requirements and no longer value for the company and shareholders so we let you go and you are still grateful. As you know our success in Libya project was simply down to me and my drive and single minded ruthlessness as your leader and will be respected here in USA also.

I work with Zaleshepifu in Libya and he is very fair man and warrior who brought great glory to us in Libya project. He gave me big opportunity to work with SLB but he also fire me last week and now I have nothing but I am happy man. Those who do not respect him do not deserve to be employee.
