Allstate set for big layoffs in IT workforce, employees to be notified tomorrow and more planned for the future. Company in sore need of better leadership and planning.

How did they pass background checks?
they are definitely increasing their workforce in India. the company is really top heavy, needs better senior leadership!!!!
Was it a director or VP ?
It appears that at least one of the senior executives that was involved in the recent layoffs of hundreds of people at Allstate in Northbrook has a recent criminal DUI arrest. Not only does it not look good for the company, it makes you question the overall character and integrity of their senior leadership team.
