Agree with u 092! SRC is another example. The minions were not touched! So many of managers like me and my mates were removed from key decision making by end of May by my KMG. On 4th June we get the call from HRBP. And later KMG calls to shed fake tears! It was a very well managed show!!

TTS India KMG..nobody believes you. Look at the folks let go in the BI Dev team. No third party could have done that. You kept the ppl that hailed you and got rid of those you did not like.

@Anonymous108974 : I am a KMG and my team was impacted. I can tell you with 100% certainty I was not consulted or even informed. I first heard when my TMs told me they got invited for meetings.

Anonymous108927 - The India layoffs were decided by the India Directors + KMG+ HRs. No 3rd party consultant played a role. That's why no KMG got laid off as well, you see :)

To Anonymous 108881: In a recent post-BTS email to the HR pyramid, JK concluded with the comment the to move the transformation forward TGT needs us to 'share our voice'. My first thought was that this was a ploy to weed out malcontents. I don't know why I thought that, I'm not the paranoid type, but I share this as food for thought. I think if you have open and honest managers they may truly want to hear constructive feedback; as for me, I'm keeping quiet.

Yes , let's throw money at the India KMG+ for the great thought leadership skills they have displayed on this transformative path!

Pat on the back to India HR leaders for taking the right decisions!

You guys rock!

That's the same mentality that left us with Canada. Glad to see we're continuing the spiral.

If there is one thing I learned about this week's layoffs is to be careful what you say to upper management. Seems like a couple of good people got let go by upper management because they were honest enough to express concerns about the process and how things were being changed so slowly. They asked for some clarification so they could keep us worker bees informed. Next thing you know, they were the ones let go. I guess be careful who you trust and what you say. All is can say is thanks to those who were brave enough to ask some obvious questions and lost their jobs because of it.
