It does not matter how much you know or how competent you are at your job. If you want to get ahead at this company KISS ASS like no other! Even if you are completely incompetent you will be fine.

Anonymous99849 - spent 5 years there, and was the worst company I've ever worked for in my 30+ year career. Hard work & Integrity mean nothing at this company. Its all about brown nosing middle management/directors who are not qualified for the position they are in. If you are desperate for work - maybe....but I'd look elsewhere.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Could management look for employees that understand the mission without regard? Could these special people be put in positions to do whatever is necessary? Can you know too much to be laid off?
Amen! Would also add that it helps to have no ethics. This company twists the facts to meet their needs. Can't be a successful ass kisser if your trying to do the right thing. Combine lack of ethics with major brown nosing and you're management material!
