My department just took a few Target Team Members from another area to fill some open head count, and there is no more PLAN organization. What else do people know?

Just saw the long email that rearranged the deck chairs in name of transformation for Infrastructure...really...this is what SVP came up with?
Didn't plan become product owner?
PLAN - A team that did nothing, but then claimed victory at the expense of other hard working teams in TTS efforts.
What team did they go too?
What is or was PLAN org?
