Redundancy is a good word. Oil below 60 makes shale oil redundant. International projects still ongoing though.

Yes this just came out in a press release by Kibsgard himself stating that "Our Sugar Land Campus will shutting down production activities and we'll be consolidation our center organizations within our initiatives to do more with less. It would not surprise me. It had been considered in the past and there is redundancy so yes, it would not surprise me at all. They should just go ahead and get it over with instead of playing all these coy games...
