Most of SIS work is now performed out of India now to save money, all work done by contractors that know nothing about oil & gaz. Quality has plummeted and is still dropping

The layoffs were pretty hard last Tuesday and yesterday in Broussard and Maurice, 38 of 150 or so laid off . If it's a bloodbath today then they will be shutting a few districts down. My segment has seen a 50% reduction across NAM so far.
