I just wanted to take this time to say that I'm very proud of and I feel very privileged to work with our hardworking oversea Team Members. I mean, can you imagine English being like your fourth language and then out of financial necessities (affording to buy food to feed your family), you had to take a low paying job answering the phones where you have to deal with rude aggressive whiny American consumers? Thank you to all of our oversea Team Members for supporting us every day, some of our guests may complain of the language barrier, but we in TCW understand that you guys/gals have the tough jobs and we APPRECIATE you all! A BIG Thank You from your fellow Team Members from Mpls! We've got your backs!

Love it! The sarcasm is so thick on this post. Paddy daddy, not to mention the holidays that we don't give them to take off. The poor conditions of the building they work in, I mean come on people these people have crazy road conditions they have to endure to get to work and they work at THAT building.
