Honestly, he is at least is a visionary, takes risks, and ideas would more in sync with Target's customer base. He had a lot of success at Target and Apple in their earlier successes under Ulrich and Jobs in bringing style to the products and brands. Really, what has Brian done for his success other than gutting companies?

Are you serious? Ron Johnson is the executive equivalent of a runaway train loaded up with C4. The dude tanked JC Penny's so badly they brought back their previously ousted & unsuccessful CEO just to undo all of his initiatives.
I'd rather bring back Gregg "My Hair Hasn't Moved in 15 Years" Steinhaffel than Ron Johnson.
Same exact thing will be said about Brian Cornell.
