Mader saw the writing on the wall. Bob was bringing in his own people and it was just a matter of time before he was next. That led to him leaving on his own terms.

Completely agree. You all got screwed with the NE conversion.
Without giving too much away, you can blame Mader and Jacobs directly for wanting more and more expense reductions and contract work.
Must have been Mader and Jacobs. I see where they are gone. They demoted us 4 years before they cut our throats. Beware, don't ever sign any document to settle for moving you from Exempt to Non-Exempt. They got us good on that one.
You know Karl had nothing to do with last year, right? All the decisions were made 3 levels above him, without any input on what he wanted.
