Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Just relocated. Everything is still in transit. Would they really go that low?

I work with someone who got let go in the last round of layoffs after being at Target only 2 weeks. They just moved here and bought a house and new baby on the way. They literally just got hired back and now these layoffs.

I heard someone got hired into Canada, relocated her family, only to find out 2 weeks later Canada was going down. That's just cruel on Target's part. They knew they were closing yet allowed a family to make a move.

Yes. Target does not care about their "team members"

You should have visited this board before you accepted the relo offer, it's so unstable over here it's nuts.

Afraid so. At least you relocated to a good job market. http://www.myfoxtwincities.com/story/27860798/target-says-rescinded-job-offers-not-related-to-canada-pull-out
