Today one of my colleagues was let go, and of all the people at Target she was the LAST person who should have been fired. She embodied Fast Fun and Friendly to her core. She stayed late every day. She did more coffees than anyone I've ever seen. She was a networking champ. She NEVER criticized anyone. Her desk was COVERED in plush Target dogs. She even pretended that the Best Team Survey mattered. AND on top of all of that, when it was her turn to bring bagels and cream cheese to our team breakfast, she ALWAYS brought flavored cream cheeses.
It just ain't right.
