I love TNC! I get so much more accomplished there, as I am not running to different buildings for meetings and have to do work at home because of the stupid coffee status and networking crap. I like the atmosphere and friendly people. When I head outside I have fresh air and am not smelling exhaust.

TNC was a mistake just like all the years of bloated hiring was a mistake (and of course the two are related). Brian seems intent on erasing the mistakes and rolling back the clock to 2005.

We could be getting to be like Best Buy and outsource 90% of the workers. They outsource their HR, financing, & sourcing/importing. The HQ is fully of other companies reps, not actual Best Buy TM's.

I saw a surveyor this afternoon on the corner on the Target property, near the woods entering in the back side of the ramp to the 2nd level. Just one guy though. Not sure what that was about.

I just do not believe we'll be outsourcing anything, we cannot successfully outsource janitorial duties, not to mention big ticket initiatives

What have they ever done that made sense?

TNC is Target owned. That makes no sense. Makes more sense to get rid of the rented space.

It will definately not be closing. It is a Target owned building, if anything, they will move people out of buildings that are being rented out DT (like City Center) into this building and save a boatload of money. I think this is part of the big TNC restructuring in the works. As to what teams are getting cut at TNC, I don't know that.

All things seem to be pointing to outsourcing. Scratching my head over that one....
