There are many lessons I have learned through my many years here at Target, not all of them good but there have been many very good ones that have served me well and I will take those with me if the axe falls for my team next week or in the coming weeks/months. The biggest one is being "resilient and adaptable", whatever happens next week to me, I will definitely be resilient and adaptable. Good luck to everyone and try to enjoy the weekend. They already know which of us are going next week, that decision has already been made. Nothing we can do to change it now so no sense in letting it ruin a very good weekend!
