I accepted a job this fall to be an incoming BA with Target starting this June. Does anybody know the chances of them rescinding the offer?

They reacinded offers for the Winter and Spring classes so it's definitely possible. They may need BAs to cover the poeple who leave on their own accord after the restructure. Talk to your recruiter late next week they may have a better idea then.
Happened to me in 2001, I was recruited in Fall of 2000 by a major consulting company, they put us on hold for x number of months, they gave every person waiting 10K to shut up and make the career centers happy. I started 11 months after my start date, and all was good, I ended up working for them for 11 years. After 12 months, they decided to cut the offer for all folks who were waiting, so it was a 20% reduction in the salary offered across the board for people who were waiting, many decided not to accept it and kept 10K and went somewhere else. So, in short, they need to worry about reputation in the Career Center and also with the candidates, so I'd say it's unlikely
Honestly, it sounds like you are a student. In other words, you are generally hungrier, and much cheaper than the "problems" they are trying to trim.
Company-wide, they aren't that stupid and wouldn't hire you if they were just going to lay you off. I know that much of Target had a hiring freeze recently except for approved areas.
Just my 2c
As much as it may suck, you may get the offer rescinded. Just be positive and remember that it's still a few months out so you do have a few months to figure it out. If you're still worried in a few weeks, reach out to your HR rep. Life at the bullseye is scary right now, but I think it's for the best but it may take awhile to iron out. In fact, it will. That's why they're all saying "two years". You're young, if the offer is rescinded, you'll move onto other things. And like it was mentioned above, the corporate culture IS changing so who knows if you'll even want to be a part of it.
if you are an MPBA, you are safe. they will not be rescinding any offers or firing anyone at your pay grade
I would look into options. Alternatively, you are likely very cheap from the payroll perspective, so they might cut someone with a lot of tenure and bring you in.
I don't want to discourage you or scare you away but one thing to consider is that Target has said they will be going through this transformation for another 2 years. So you could potentially be wondering if you will be laid off for the next two years. Target has shown they have no loyalty to their employees. Then again, maybe you'll be coming in after the carnage is over and will be one of those who is there to rebuild what's left of HQ.
My advice would be to have a plan B. Also, The culture is not what it was in fall when you interviewed.
