Any downsizing in Arch/Engineering? I assume OSRs and the construction teams.

Interesting! I was in engineering a number of years ago, I quit out of boredom! One day I had 7 meetings, not one productive moment. One meeting had 5 people in attendance, scheduled for an hour. Topic? Moving a ceiling diffuser on a prototype. Seriously TRUE. the only hour not scheduled for a meeting, I wandered the skyways drinking coffee trying to decide if I could continue collecting a paycheck and not really producing. I gave my two week notice, took another job, and a pay cut. BEST decision ever. The water is warmer outside of the pompous/political Target culture.
There is no longer an "Architecture" or "Engineering" department, they were killed back in October, those that were left were put in other groups.
I thought all OSRs got the boot back in the fall?
