I feel the axe shouldve fallen on the likes of Shelley and they should have kept mike and john. the way shelley leads her team is a joke..

I made a point in another post, that people excited to get rid of "bloat" are misguided. The "bloat" have the highest perf scores and strongest network of support, since that is what they spend their time on.
Agreed. I'm in john's division and he gave a nice 2 minute speech about how the company is doing the right thing and making the right choices. He said the best decision he made was coming here as a 26 year old. He worked at target for 37 years! He said to keep working hard because he has a lot of stock haha. It is a shame the way he was let go-- the man deserves a send-off and more than a sentence in an email for all the work he has done over the years.
