I think the consolidation of the Merch Ops team is the plan. About time they reduce the redundancy in Merch. It was the fair hair child for too long under triple G.

It has been discussed within TSS for some time. With Project SPOT it's only a matter of time. Tech manages the details that drive cost and fit better into TSS than they do with the designers that have their head in the clouds
