I know several students who have accepted offers into the Technology Leadership Program and were destined to start in June following graduation. Is there a chance that these offers may be rescinded before then?

F*** the TLP program. Exemplary of the fat tgt desperately needs to cut. Fresh college grads, hired just to be accelerated into management roles? Many of them having little to no knowledge of enterprise-level IT operations? This place is a circus. Sorry, not trying to flame this thread. Knowing tgt, you and your peers will still get hired, OP.
HR received talking points directly about this and the message to those students that have accepted offers is that there is a place for them at Target.

I was speaking more on all college grad new hires in general. There are hundreds. I am sure there are those that will still get brought in.
Won't happen... It's a small class of 3/4 engineers- why would TGT let cheap, engineering labor go?
Sure hope so! I also hope all offers to the snot nosed interns get rescinded. They don't deserve those jobs.
Of course there is a chance. Some rumors suggested some of the cuts will come through eliminating open roles. Seems logical to think they won't hire all the 100's of newbies when current employees are being let go. There was someone else on one of these posts who said they had done it to him/her when Target was laying off all of the Canada people.
