What do you think - what's the likelihood that Senior Buyers will be laid off?

Yes, some Sr. Buyers will be let go. There have been several buyerships across the organization that have split into smaller buyerships in the past 10-12 years. Those will be re-collapsed, and some Sr. Buyers will be let go. There is also duplication between the .com Sr. Buyers and the brick & mortar Sr. Buyers. I'm not sure how that will shake out or who will go or stay, but there will be some additional integration and consolidation.
