Target Bonus Structure 2015

With the adjusted bonus plan set forth by Cornell as incentive in 2014, a lot of people are expecting to bonus. I was laid off last year before this was announced can someone enlighten me with more details about what this new bonus structure is?

Apologies to those who don't get bonuses...my question is will laid off employees be offered a pro-rated share of any upcoming bonus payout?

The group leads at the distribution centers would get bonuses if they could push their people to get high expectation numbers. They would do all kinds of devious things to get the employees to get those high numbers

What a joke. Bonuses are for the three-pieced suits pseudo-professional and to the talker with a caramel macchiatto on her left hand. But hey, you will get to wear jeans during the holiday season! you should feel happy that target lets you wear what you want without frowning for a full month!

Bonuses have been given in the past to "exempt" non-executives at HQ. Generally, there are a couple ways to get this. One is for outstanding performance in your role. The other is if the exempt employee's salary is starting to get towards the top limit for that pay grade, they will give a bonus to that employee in addition to their normal salary increase. Their salary increase might be lower to keep them in the pay grade limits but they will compensate the employee additionally through a bonus. I've seen this because I used to work at HQ and had it happen to me. I was given a bonus for performance and was a pay grade 15, so not an executive.
