It doesn't matter if they have a lease or not. They paid for my office for 6 months while it sat empty.
you are better off leaving on your own... If you are let go with a bunch of other people you will all be fighting for the same jobs

The city of Minneapolis can't be too happy ... less people means less business... means you won't need all of the current office space in City Center, TPS, TPN, Retek, TFS, or Brooklyn Park locations.
Which leases are nearing the end of their terms or ... which locations (that we currently own) will be sublet? Office moves and real estate transactions could be an indicators of layoff priorities.
Management can't be in this cost-cutting mode and then leave perfectly good office space vacant and not earning some rent.
For me: A couple = 2 --- A few = 3 ---- Several = 4, maybe more
.. and so on.. though it sort of depends on the situation. Several is generally a range that can be anywhere between 4 and 6.. perhaps 7. More than that is probably closing in on a “lot”...
Can someone help me interpret what does 'several thousand' mean? 3? 4? 5? We have 13K folks work in headquarters operations (10 K in downtown Minneapolis), so if several is 5K, that's massive
