Not all contractors are gone, still some there. The Ardmore office is closing after 83 years in that location, wow, what a shame. Yes, most have many years of experience but there is also a large staff of younger workers. They are showing their true colors now that times are tough, goofing off, and being lazy...NOT all of them but a large majority. It is who you know at Noble to get promoted not what you know or what you can contribute. The sexier you dress and the more you flaunt the better for your advancement.

This is pretty funny. I work in Greeley and haven't seen any of this. You two sound like some bitter women that are just making up excuses as to why others are getting promoted and you aren't. Sometimes you actually have to work instead of gossiping about Sally's skirt length. In fact, There's only about 3 women that I can think of that could possibly be considered eye candy.. but only if you were drunk and in a dark bar. then again.. maybe you're men and you're talking about other men, that are eye candy and are dressing sexy.. in that case, I guess I'm guilty as charged. I'm always flaunting my stuff.
OMG this is sooooo true. Noble would rather have eye candy than competence.
