Yes! , Smith Bits does need a union. Most of the people that I've spoken with there said that they would definitely vote yes If given the chance to choose. When Smith was actually still Smith, this might have been questionable but, not anymore. The only thing holding people back is the threat of losing their jobs. It's going to take a strong and organized team effort. If any union reps are reading this, please help!
