I think we are OK through 2016
Target India can expect post June(3 months of observation after March) and this time would be elimination of PMCOE after they have moved to Portfolio merged with strong message given during annuals! If you get low score(75-77) or average score(77-78) with low hike(2-6%) means you are targeted to be fired!.
