This is random, but here it goes anyway. What do you think about quality of our benefits package in general?

Better then nothing but not good considering you have no max out of pocket that i was aware of

Our healthcare coverage is more and more expensive, copayments are going up, so overall it's not getting better.
I worked for a small ethnic food grocer and they offered no benefits, so what we have here is much better
It's OK but it's getting weaker every year
