Performance Reviews

Are our annual reviews going to be posted in Workday this week? I need to know if I need to be looking for a new job soon ("meets expectations") or very soon ("needs improvement").

Thanks in advance!

So sorry to hear @2qwf+1w1e2MGL If one receives a NI rating after 15 years then it is most likely other factors at play.

First time ever getting a Needs Improvement in 15 years. Does this mean I will be on a PIP and I guess a sh---y raise. Just so happens this year I got approved by my doctor to work from home. Guess I am being targeted.

My review was done this week. Same for a few of my colleagues. Didn't hear anything about performance improvement about returning to office the way some comments on this board have suggested so take that for what it's worth.

Welp...I haven't heard a peep about delivering reviews. I am guessing I won't hear anything until next year. Lotta people are about to go on year end vacation.

Your manager is supposed to meet with you before 12/31 to review and you sign it... it doesn't just surprisingly pop into Workday (at least it shouldn't!).
