Trim the useless fat rather than ICs on the ground busting their behinds trying to do 4 peoples’ jobs all in one with nontechnical useless leadership obsessed with “stories”. Let’s eliminate the whole Agile chapter and all “advisors” with high PSG who serve as yes men and don’t do anything. Eliminate all DEI nonsense. Hire more technical folks to be managers instead of sub-100 IQ mba dude bros who can’t add two negative numbers together. That would fix a lot of our issues, but alas, I haven’t gotten on my knees enough to be labeled an almighty HiPot, so what do I know?
