Sending out resumes, and hoping for a decent offer. Onshore is a dying company, and I don't want to go down with it. Good luck, Chevron, with finding talent offshore you actually need.

Chevron has no interest in risk-taking or organic growth. We just buy another company when we need assets. Your best bet is to be involved in some sort of production or maintenance operation.
Laid off by Chevron years ago. Think out of the box and you will find something. If you are a technical expert, think about consulting.
It will get much much worse with the new administration. Tariffs, mass deportation, and sh*tty plans

I can attest to the job market for the last year being very very bad. Not just now. That’s why I’m hanging out and trying survive the cuts.
