yes legally record time worked.
behind scenes you get ranked by billable hrs.
both programs ( fill rate) and individuals.
they banned that word that got them in such trouble but the practice continues.
@bjbi+1vuqBwBp You obviously don't know that many engineers, for example, have to account for 40 hours a week in a computerized system.
If you are salary, there is no legal requirement for you to work 8 hours a day.
You will get paid the same if you work 1, 8, or 20 hours. You don't get overtime with salary because you can leave early if you finish early. You legally only need to record the time you did work.
Honeywell plays lots of mins games to give you the impression that you must work a minimum of 40 hours a week.
Yes, there is plenty of work, but no charge numbers to actually bill it to.
I'm also hearing ES is running pretty far from target in Q4, multiple program freezes until January to 'make' the numbers.

some bosses are natural candy makers..
they take the s--- that rolls down, wrap it in chocolate and serve it with a smile.
you are still eating ....
hard to give extra effort with no charge number.
I have a decent boss, and the message was delivered a little differently. He is asking for additional effort to help offset hurricane downtime, but not cancelling vacay. Still hilarious to be working extra in Phoenix because of a hurricane!
