He was in San Ramon a few weeks ago. It was a disaster. He hosted a breakfast where he refused to address the room and then talked to just a few people. He then held focus groups where all he could talk about was reducing our application count. No thought leadership, no vision, no discussion on enabling the business
He exists. He’s just lonely at the top. The only way to get messages to him is via his contractor executive advisors that he is paying more than he pays BCG. Oh wait a minute. it’s McKinsey. A different consulting company is going to do better than the BCG mess that we’re in.
