That's it. Issues Management has turned into the most convoluted, overengineered process that's constantly changing so much that nobody can do it right these days.

2dra+1vu2mTnc - the Chase/JP Morgan reject executives that currently occupy WF position are responsible. They started by firing all enterprise QA and QA resources in general saying the testing is not necessary outside of AGILE teams. They burned down every process WF had in place and they were EXCELLENT. They removed all fully integrated functionally efficient tool in place and replaced it with JIRA/Confluence/Service now/Workday garbage tools. This followed by the colossally stupid decision to send all technology to India. No business or technical knowledge but really CHEAP! Then they fired any and all that can say we used to perform that function and did light years better because we ...... fill in the blank. Like the recent huge election loss the chase/JP Morgan rejects refuse to listen to the people.
Pretty much every process we have to follow is a mess.
Issues Management has turned into a risk itself - spending too many resources micromanaging and documenting small issues and missing all the big ones because everyone is busy with useless paperwork and processes. Forest for the trees guys!!!
Can confirm.....I'm in issue mgmt and it's a complete chitshow. I want to move on to somewhere else but not really sure where. Maybe control or compliance.
