Is everyone impacted by location strategy having to work their entire 60 day notice? Or are some groups doing 30 day working and 30 day non-working or 45 and 15? I know it is supposed to be at manager discretion, but it seems for my group the decision is coming from higher up.

Our group of displaced had to work the full 60 days.
I’m on my 60 days now and I’m not working. As soon as I was told that I was displaced I was booted off the systems.
I’ve not heard of a full 60 working for below p5 or m3. If you are at those levels well…. I guess they feel they pay you enough. Truth is that level hard to replace in I&P
Once I was told and put on the 60 day notice , I was kicked off the system within 20 minutes and never heard from the manager again . Was glorious !
There are multiple of us who have had to work through the entire 60 day notice. All of us were impacted by location strategy. Our manager says it was the decision by a direct report to CEO for our entire business line.
I only know of 1 person that had to work their 60 day notice and if I were that person I'd have been ticked. Everyone else was 60 day non-working notice.
If that's true, thats brutal 🚩🚩
I will be crushed/pi---d if I have to work my notice period when location strategy gets me

In CIB, vast majority are non-working. I have only seen a few where it’s a hybrid, 30 working and 30 non working. Ultimately up to the business.
As a manager I had no discretion. Though I might turn a blind eye and look to the person less and less.
Most are 60 day non working notice. In rare occasions, it's 30.
