I was on that move champion call and I know exactly who brought up the idea of it being unsanitary. That was something an employee brought up not something corporate brought up. Yep it saves money if cleaners don’t have to go to every desk and check to see if there’s trash. Big deal you have to get up And walk your drink your coffee cup, or whatever else into the central trash. I mean for real what do you do at home? Do you have mini trash cans all over your house so you can just throw things away without moving? Grow up and get a life.

I didn’t realize that “man up” meant act like id--ts.

I am coming to work with Covid or the flu, haven’t tested to see what it is, but I don’t want to lose my job. Just like the old day, got to come in office, sick or not. Man up

It’s not extra couple of days off. People are having Covid and it lasts over a week easy to two weeks sometimes. Everyone is walking around sick showing up and spreading it. Shared space idea is ki-ling people.

Stay home if you are sick and have to blow your nose every 2 minutes. You're neighbors will thank you.

The 3 days per week is a directional number. As long as someone isn't continuously abusing it, an extra couple days of working from home every few months isn't going to be a problem unless you have a dictator of a manager.

There is no way it’s more sanitary. People are coming to work sick because of badge swipes and littering their desks with used Kleenex because there’s no trash can. Are you really saying they should get up every two minutes to throw away a Kleenex? They aren’t. They are spreading sn-t all over the surface of the desk they are using that day. People have garbage piled up everywhere in general until the end of the day, it’s gross.

For sites that don't get nightly trash service this is a plus. I don't want someone else's half-eaten burrito festering underneath the desk I'm sitting at. People can walk to a trash can as most people I see need the exercise anyway. Stop getting so worked up about nothing.

It's HUB week, trash cans are vanishing at all HUB locations in favor of single trash points, claiming more sanitary conditions, today's Move Champions call included the admission that single trash points actually saves the bank money in custodial costs, but the information validating more sanitary condition determinations was not as readily available. The approach to RTO and HUB is so demeaning and childish, it's hard to believe this is the 5th largest bank in America with all the crayons, double standards and unbelievable lines laying around.

For what business line? There are still several that have employees near client centers and remote with NO more layoff planned at this time. Being vague is not cool.
