Wrong, many parties believe the split to be vital if not inevitable both inside and outside of Wall Street. Just that Elliott is being publicly vocal about it. All is not well within C-Suite and there is a political battle going on over the future of Aero and many aspects of the business.
elliot push has nothing to do with value from a breakup... the value doesnt exist. it is a pure options play where he wins as long as the stock moves.. up or down.. they are setup to profit. 2% of a company owned through leverage is not enough to buy a company.
