I’ve always done QA but in Roanoke and any job I’ve never gotten a bonus since 2005. Or cost of living..

You've been here for almost 20 years and never got a bonus? That's more on you than anything else.
Bonuses are reserved for people who can compose legible sentences.
perhaps your roles aren't bonus eligible. not every job here is.

Would suggest you move into something revenue producing and not just sit complacent in such a fear inducing role. Us revenue producers literally have nightmares about you.
