Reviving this old thread... heard from a current inmate that the return-to-office order was widely ignored at his location. Wondering if that is generally true.
Who will do the PIPs? Will those be straight from HR?
I begged to go back in when I was remote, it works great for the individual but it is a horrible way to organize people to work on a common goal.
Rumor has it that an office had their attendance audited and VP of operations was very unhappy to see people still weren’t going into the office everyday. It was recommended that if people aren’t going in everyday, they should be placed on a PIP. That’s how they are going to get rid of people
Layoffs? Wouldn't that be straight termination for not following company rules?
