Working in Carelon is probably the worst decision of my career. Ask a simple question and it takes multiple calls and meetings to get it answered. It is a rat wheel…nobody knows what’s coming or going and from the VP of Staff upwards are yes/no men ZERO integrity or backbone…clueless.

I would say it is top to bottom. Why trash just the Staff VPs who also have bosses? What about the whining crybabies who cannot make it to the office more than 2-3 times/week? Oh, then complain about one location getting free drinks while another doesnt. Wake Up and get out of there.....its taking on water and all those DEI hires on gender and race who are unqualified to lead......wont get you out of that mess.
