Is there any appetite for a Fire MW Fan Club or Employee Network? Maybe a ELT accountability Club with the focus on take a pay cut before any layoffs?

I’ve been through many nasty ROMs many of which were caused by poor leadership and worse decisions. Worker bees always pay for their pi#s poor moves. I agree… pay cuts by 1/2 for PSG 27 and above.
